Full Moon Party at Siam at Siam 2

Hey all,

Back in Bangkok for the buildup to the wedding this weekend in Hua Hin. Contacted the guys at Lifestyle Asia to see if they needed any photography while I was in town. First up was the Full Moon Party at Siam@Siam.

Each month (not sure if it’s every month, but for sure every other month) at Siam@Siam hotel they hold a party on the rooftop of the hotel. Last time I covered there were underwear models with bear paws, so didn’t know what to expect at this one.

This time was a bit more laid back - it was a Tuesday after all. The same DJ was playing with a female MC (pictured above) pumping up the crowd. They added a live drummer and saxophone player to the mix this time and the music was actually pretty fun and very appropriate for the crowd, weather, and location.

The party is extremely reasonable at 1090 THB for free flow wine, beer, and mixed drinks with passed appetizers (i ate a lot of chicken liver crackers and parma ham sticks :) ). Come in a large enough group and you can get the rate down even more.

The rooftop location is also lovely. If the weather holds up month by month, be sure to check out this party once if you’re free around the full moon.
